Delivery of the goods of the European Union states & other countries <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> Goods are delivered by a transport company in Lithuania or The Buyer takes the goods at its own expense from The Seller\u2019s listed location. In some, cases discussed by The Seller, the goods are delivered at The Seller’s expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n2.<\/strong> The exact cost of the delivery depends on The Buyer\u2018s\nordered goods\u2019 weight, volume, dimensions and destination, so the final product\ntransfer price will be visible only provided on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n3. <\/strong>The Buyer ordering goods must indicate\nthe method of goods receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n3.1. The delivery of goods by the AB\n\u201cLietuvos pa\u0161tas\u201d<\/strong> (SC Lithuanian Post) in\nLithuania and abroad;<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n4.<\/strong> Goods are delivered to other countries<\/strong> by AB \u201cLietuvos pa\u0161tas\u201d<\/strong> (SC Lithuanian\nPost) at The Buyer\u2018s expense. The Buyer takes the goods at his own expenses\nfrom the post office which was indicated on the invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n4.1. Goods are delivered in 10-14 working days <\/strong>to The Buyer\u2019s indicated post office in his residence after The\nBuyer has paid in full to The Seller for the goods ordered and their delivery.\nThe parcel is recorded and sent by priority mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n4.2. When The Buyer has received an Invitation from the post office at His\nresidence to withdraw the received parcel he shall travel to the post office of\nit\u2019s working time and retrieve a consignment of goods in 3 (three) working\ndays.
\nThe Buyer must submit a proof of identity for a post office employee(s) when\nwithdrawing the consignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n4.3. The delivery charges to the post office of the European Union states<\/strong> depends\non the weight of the goods (price in EUR\/LTL):<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The lot is up to 1 kg \u2013\u00a010.00 EUR<\/strong>;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lot of 1 to 2 kg –\u00a015.00 EUR<\/strong>;

<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n4.4. The delivery charges to the appropriate post offices in other countries outside the European<\/strong> Union<\/strong> depend on the weight of the goods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The lot is up to 1 kg \u2013\u00a017.00 EUR<\/strong>; \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lot of 1 to 2 kg –\u00a026.00 EUR<\/strong>;

<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n4.5. The Buyer pays all the necessary costs for the bank’s services\nwhen paying from foreign countries.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n4.6. The Buyer shall check the shipment status together with the post office\nemployee (employees) during the goods\u2019 withdrawal at the post office. It is\nassumed that the consignment is delivered in satisfactory condition when The\nBuyer signs the batch transfer \u2013 making document. Noticing that the packaging\nis damaged (curled, wet or otherwise damaged externally), The Buyer must\nunselect the batch transfer – making document. If The Buyer fails to make this\nstep, The Seller shall be withdrawn from liability for The Buyer of goods\ndamage, if any damage was caused of the package, which The Buyer has not marked\nin accordance with the above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n4.7. In cases where The Buyer observes that the shipment of goods and the\ncombination do not correspond to the goods ordered, The Buyer shall immediately\ninform The Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\n4.8. If The Buyer has incorrectly specified his residential address, the\nresponsibility for the misuse of the goods has to be uploaded to The Buyer. The\nBuyer’s obligation to pay for delivery remains in this case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
