Thermobalm use
Apply a thin layer of the cream on the skin and massage it in. Wrap the treated parts in a wrapping foil to avoid essential oil evaporation. Then wrap it in a quilt (or go in for some activities) to support heat accumulation. Let it take effect for 30-60 minutes.
WARNING
Do not use during pregnancy, when breastfeeding, or on young children, or if suffering from epilepsy or high blood pressure. Consult your doctor before using. After the cream is applied some skin irritation will occur, which is desirable.
TIP
However, it can evoke unpleasant feelings for persons with highly oversensitive skin. So it is recommended to do a tolerance test by applying a small amount on the forearm.
